Drive Traffic – Successful One Day Sales Event

Looking to drive customers into your place of business?
In this half-day workshop, learn how to plan and execute an effective one-day sales event in your business.

Participants will learn:

  • The value of effective planning for their one day event
  • How to select a “hook” that will drive customers to change their behavior and visit their store
  • How to engage associates and partner with vendors to make the most of your sale
  • Step-by-step instructions for each week prior to the actual event which include:

            -  Vendor participation
            -  Marketing methods and vehicles 
            -  Creating advance word of mouth
            -  Press releases
            -  Planning for those little extra touches
            -  Motivating associates

  • Effective Day of the Event activities
  • How to analyze the results and determine what went well and what they might do differently

Who Should Attend: Business owners or store/department managers. Maximum 50 attendees. Minimum of 10.

Length of Session: ½ day workshop with lecture and breakout sessions.

Speaker Requirements: LCD projector and WIFI connection, screen. 48 hours notice of number of attendees expected. Attendees required to purchase “It’s a Party: Planning a Successful Retail Sales Event” workbook for session. $20 retail. Offered at a reduced price of $15 for attendees.
