You’ve signed up for LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter but how do you effectively use social media to connect with your customers?  Social media is a powerful tool for establishing your brand, creating a community and connecting with your customers. Learn how to create a specific strategy for your social media participation that helps you connect with your customers and use your time wisely.

•  Determine personal commitment

•  What they’ll do

•  How often they’ll do it

•  Fit their social media participation into their jam-packed day

•  Determine the value of a Policy for Social Media for their company

Who Should Attend: Business owners, managers, marketing associates, business professionals who want to learn how to develop a social media strategy. Minimum of 10 – No Maximum number of attendees.

Length of Session: 45 minute keynote address

Speaker Requirements: Projector and screen. Wireless connection.
