Call Center Associates: their value – their “super” power – their opportunity to make a difference.

Participants will learn:

  • The importance of their role in the lives of calling customers
  • Five key “powers” they possess and how they can use their powers for good:

            -  Mighty Mouse: The Power to Save the Day
            -  Velma Dinkley (Scooby Doo) The Power of Answers
            -  Superman’s x-ray vision – The Power to See Solutions 
            -  Adrian Monk – The Power of Details
            -  Invisible Woman – The Power of Empathy

  • The importance of building relationships in one minute or less

    Who Should Attend:
    Call Center Associates, Managers and Supervisors. Minimum of 15 attendees. No Maximum number.

Length of Session: 45-60 minute Key Note Address

Speaker Requirements: 48 hours notice of number of attendees expected. All handouts will be provided at no additional cost.
